I like the agent who helped me, even though I don't remember her name. She was professional and spoke at a great pace, making it easy for me to understand everything she explained. I appreciate her a lot because she made the process seamless. I found the email and phone communication really helpful, especially knowing when to expect calls. The entire experience with Sparrow was so great and stress-free. The user interface was easy to understand, making uploading documents simple and taking the complexity out of daunting tasks. I liked that it made navigating the leave process really simple and straightforward for me. I really appreciate Sparrow's extremely responsive support. Anytime I had a question, I got a response immediately, which was really reassuring. They kept everything on track and even found some discrepancies in my pay, which helped increase my overall pay. It was a huge relief knowing how easy it was to manage my paternity leave timeline and benefits during a stressful time. I like that Sparrow coordinated all the needed paperwork with the state and my employer, which was very convenient. They sent me emails with exactly what I needed to submit and when it was due, which was super helpful. I also appreciate that they handled all the ongoing paperwork so I didn't have to do anything after my initial submissions. It allowed me to complete my required actions and get paid without stress.
