When an email is flagged it is easy to release it and have it delivered. **What do you dislike about SpamTitan Email Security?** I dislike the report delivery timing. It only happens once per day and will make me miss a valid email for a whole day. The portal is not very user friendly. There is not much help when navigating the different menus and it is not exactly clear the difference between all the different options. **Recommendations to others considering SpamTitan Email Security:** I would recommend allowing the daily report to be sent at a scheduled time. This way someone could set it for the end of their shift and not have to wait until the next day for an email. **What problems is SpamTitan Email Security solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are solving the problem of having way too much spam. Easy to deal with spam/email viruses due to the fact it can detect spam through multi-layered analysis including: real-time blacklists, sender policy frameworks, and Bayesian analysis. It easy to administer and pretty much hands off once you get it configured. **What do you dislike about SpamTitan Email Security?** Almost nothing. On rare occasions though, there are false positives and it is difficult to figure what condition caused this. **What problems is SpamTitan Email Security solving and how is that benefiting you?** In simple terms, Spam Titan reduced the amount of spam our business received. Also if messages are queued due to SMTP connectivity issues you are not able to see them via the web interface. You have to wait till connectivity is restored and for them to be delivered.
