Simple, Startup-Friendly Pricing
Spaire is designed to be one of the most cost-effective Merchant of Record solutions for SaaS startups. Our pricing is straightforward and transparent, with no hidden markups or surprise fees.
Transaction Fee
4% + $0.40 per successful transaction
This single fee covers Spaire’s Merchant of Record services, including global tax compliance, billing infrastructure, fraud prevention, and customer support tooling.
No Hidden Fees
Spaire does not add additional markup on top of third-party payment or payout costs. Any external fees charged by card networks, banks, or payout providers are passed through at cost. Spaire does not profit from these fees.
Additional Network Fees
Some transactions incur additional costs imposed by card networks and payment processors. When applicable, these fees are passed through transparently:
+1.5% for international cards (non-US issued)
+0.5% for subscription payments
We also reserve the right to pass through any future fees introduced by payment networks or financial partners that are outside of Spaire’s control.

Refunds
You can issue full or partial refunds to customers at any time through Spaire.
Transaction fees are non-refundable, as card networks and payment providers charge these fees regardless of whether a payment is later refunded.
As the Merchant of Record, Spaire may also issue refunds at our discretion within 60 days of purchase in order to proactively reduce disputes and chargebacks. This is done solely to protect your business and keep chargeback rates below industry thresholds.
Disputes & Chargebacks
Occasionally, customers may initiate a dispute or chargeback through their bank. Each dispute incurs a $15 fee, charged by card networks and payment processors regardless of outcome. This fee is deducted directly from your balance.
Because Spaire acts as the Merchant of Record, we actively monitor and manage chargeback rates across the platform. Excessive chargeback rates can trigger network penalties, increased fees, or monitoring programs.
If necessary, Spaire may intervene — including temporarily suspending accounts — until corrective measures are taken to bring chargeback rates back within acceptable industry standards. This protects both Spaire and the businesses we support.
Payout Fees
Payouts may incur standard fees charged by our payout providers and banking partners. Spaire does not add markup to these fees.
Typical payout costs include:
Monthly active payout account fee
Per-payout processing fee
Currency conversion fees for cross-border payouts
Spaire offers manual withdrawals, allowing you to control when payouts are issued. In cases where balances remain unwithdrawn for an extended period, we may initiate a payout on your behalf.

Pricing information for Spaire is supplied by the software provider or retrieved from publicly
accessible pricing materials. Final cost negotiations to purchase Spaire must be conducted with the
