"SB is a great system for lease accounting"

What do you like best about Spacebase?

The system is great product for ASC 842 accounting purposes. Easy to use and navigate. Product seems to be easily modified by the SB team to address the unique circumstances that we have in our accounting at United. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Spacebase?

Not really anything; for United's purposes, when something wasn't working as we wanted, the SB team looked for ways to make the improvements; I think all of our outstanding issues have been addressed Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Spacebase?

What I like best about Spacebase is its notification feature for upcoming changes, such as lease expirations. It helps us stay proactive in managing our office leases, ensuring we never miss key deadlines. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Spacebase?

I wish the account settings allowed me to view rent and other operating expenses in local currencies more easily, rather than having to select a currency each time. A default currency option or multi-currency view would improve efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Spacebase solving and how is that benefiting you?

With nearly 50 office locations, managing lease changes used to be challenging, relying on Google Sheets and shared folders. Spacebase streamlines this process by providing a centralized system to track upcoming changes, access documents easily, and generate reports. What do you like best about Spacebase?

One of the standout features of the lease administration platform is its user-friendly design. The user interface is incredibly intuitive, making it easy for anyone to navigate without feeling overwhelmed.

Unlike other lease administration systems I've used, doesn't feel clunky or cumbersome. Instead, it offers a smooth and efficient experience that allows me to manage leases with ease.
