Sovaro Reviews & Product Details

Sovaro is the AI-native IT platform for cloud-first teams, connected with HR and Finance. Growing companies manage devices, software, licenses, employee changes and software spend in one place, without a dedicated IT department. Free for teams with up to 10 employees. Devices & MDM One inventory for all laptops, smartphones and accessories across Windows, Mac and Linux. The Sovaro agent enrolls devices into the built-in MDM, shows their security status and lets you lock, wipe or install apps remotely. Existing Intune setups can be connected. SaaS Management The Sovaro agent and browser extension detect which software your team actually uses, who has access and when renewals are due. AI maps unknown signals to the right vendor. Sovaro shows which software is used, never what happens inside it. On- & Offboarding Employee joins and leaves become workflows across HR, IT and Finance. Devices, access and licenses are prepared on day one, removed on exit and documented along the way. Connects with Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra and Personio. Spend & Cost Control Forward invoices or upload receipts, Sovaro reads them with AI and matches them to your licenses. See monthly software spend, paid but unused seats and upcoming renewals. Export all receipts per month, e.g. for DATEV. Sovaro AI A built-in AI agent that answers questions about your workspace and carries out actions for you, such as assigning a device or flagging unused licenses.
