I'm about to launch a very important audio project and I've had a number of questions along the way. The reps at Soundwise have been incredibly responsive to every question and request. Their platform seems to have every feature I need, but when I found out there was one issue (minor, not a dealbreaker, but definitely desired), I suggested they add the feature. I Love that Soundwsie has allowed me to sell my audiobook on my own terms. My customers love the APP and find it just as easy to navigate as Audible. Because of Soundwsie I've been able to sell over 3,000 audiobooks in less than 4 moths. Their UI is intuitive and easy to use, I did not need to refer to any help docs to get started with setting up my audio courses and bundles.

My students are able to have multiple audio controls such as rewind, looping and even recently added sleep timer.

My content is more protected than ever as the listeners can download it internally within the app for offline listening but not externally.

I love that there is no additional transaction fee for sales other than the usual payment gateway fees.

Sleep timer length can be increased to up to 3 hours ( currently it is up to 1 hour).

They do not have the option to customise colours for the student dashboard.

There is very little to dislike, I suppose it would be the ability to not always have to use the phone app and give an experience within your site, maybe embeddable lists etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They don't let us know what new features are coming out, don't ask us what new features we want. So we can't plan with it. Rarely send us emails keeping us updated on the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I created a course to help binge eaters (the Brain over Binge Course), and before discovering Soundwise, my members could only listen to the course through a web browser. This made listening on mobile inconvenient. Soundwise gave my course a mobile option, without me needing to spend a lot of money to build an app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think maybe a downside could be that using the Soundwise app means that you won't have your company's unique branding on the main screen icon, as you would have with an app that you develop yourself. However, in my case, this is a positive because it allows the binge eating course to be discreet on the user's phone.
