The reps at Soundwise have been incredibly responsive to every question and request. Their platform seems to have every feature I need, but when I found out there was one issue (minor, not a dealbreaker, but definitely desired), I suggested they add the feature. Two days later the feature was there. Fantastic. **What do you dislike about Soundwise?** I haven't experienced any downsides yet, but I'll report if I do. I would like a preview button on the landing page which I've requested. **Recommendations to others considering Soundwise:** All I can say is that so far Soundwise has exceeded my expectations and their responsiveness and willingness to fulfill requests is as good as one could hope for. **What problems is Soundwise solving and how is that benefiting you?** What I love about Soundwise is being able to control everything and see everything and not have to be at the whim of a particular platforms schedule and work flow. ### 2. It is so much more than simply a podcast or audio platform. It's so easy to add soundtracks and send them to clients. **What do you dislike about Soundwise?** Wish there was a way to also add short videos as tracts. I know it is an audio platform but there are times it would be a great addition. **Recommendations to others considering Soundwise:** Many think of Soundwise as selling audio programs but it is a great resource for coaches that need to share audio files. It is so easy to use and clients love it. They can access their tracts on the app and even download them to their device if needed. They get an email when a new track has been added and you can see if they are actually using it. **What problems is Soundwise solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use soundwise to provide private clients with audio files that I want them to listen to between our time together. It is great because you can add additional tracts but they can have their own soundcast. It is easy to also have general soundcast that are open to everyone. We also use them to record audio files of procedures for later usage. We are getting ready to add podcasting in 2022. ### 3. My customers love the APP and find it just as easy to navigate as Audible. Because of Soundwsie I've been able to sell over 3,000 audiobooks in less than 4 moths. I highly recommend it if you are looking for an app that is easy to use and allows you to have control over your delivery. Customers service rocks too! **What do you dislike about Soundwise?** Nothing really! My students are able to have multiple audio controls such as rewind, looping and even recently added sleep timer. My content is more protected than ever as the listeners can download it internally within the app for offline listening but not externally. I love that there is no additional transaction fee for sales other than the usual payment gateway fees. I can easily add a companion workbook or image along with each audio which further enhances the listener experience. **What do you dislike about Soundwise?** Sleep timer length can be increased to up to 3 hours ( currently it is up to 1 hour). They do not have the option to customise colours for the student dashboard. They currently only have payment integration with Stripe. **What problems is Soundwise solving and how is that benefiting you?** Selling audio courses, memberships ### 6. This made listening on mobile inconvenient. Soundwise gave my course a mobile option, without me needing to spend a lot of money to build an app. **What do you dislike about Soundwise?** I think maybe a downside could be that using the Soundwise app means that you won't have your company's unique branding on the main screen icon, as you would have with an app that you develop yourself. However, in my case, this is a positive because it allows the binge eating course to be discreet on the user's phone. Once the app is opened, it looks just like my brand because Soundwise allows you to add your own images. **What problems is Soundwise solving and how is that benefiting you?** Soundwise allows my course members to easily listen to audio on the go. Before Soundwise, members could only use a web browser to listen, and when one track was finished, they had to go to their device to start the next one. You get landing pages, email capability, podcast hosting and the easiest way to create complete courses with audio and PDFs or audio books. It is truly the single tool you need to run an audio based information or coaching business!!! **What do you dislike about Soundwise?** Only thing I would change is allowing custom domains for landing pages, but other than that this is a PERFECT product. **What problems is Soundwise solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helped me to FINALLY launch my podcast and I am now about to create a membership/coaching program....
