Sotrender provides data which is not available in regular tools like Facebook Insights. I was surprised how many more insights I can get from a social media analytics tool like Sotrender. For example, I really appreciate their Interactivity Index. I do appreciate the possibility of having all crucial metrics in one place and being able to make a summary report within minutes.
