## About Sortiva
Sortiva is AI hiring for trades and care roles. It handles the first round of hiring so small business owners can stay on the job instead of stuck on the phone. When someone applies, Sortiva calls them with an AI voice screener that asks the owner's own questions, from HVAC diagnostics to "have you ever pulled a permit in your own name?" for trades, or certification and shift questions for CNAs, caregivers and med aides. It also runs reference checks, then shows the owner how each applicant's answers line up with their requirements as a match percentage, with every answer in the applicant's own words. The owner decides who to contact. After the hire, Sortiva tracks employee certifications and licenses and sends reminders before they expire, and includes crew scheduling with text-based time-off requests. Built for owner-operated businesses with roughly 10–300 employees, not corporate HR departments. Plans start at $49/month with no contract, and every plan includes a 7-day free trial.
