## Sophos Endpoint Reviews
  ### 1. Organized Security with Remote Challenges

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dumbar C.

**Reviewed Date:** November 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Sophos Endpoint?**

I appreciate how Sophos Endpoint is well-organized and allows me to see everything I need easily. The intuitive organization helps me to prevent events and configure policies efficiently. I find the console very intuitive, which is crucial for seamless operation and effective management. The way everything is systematically arranged makes it easier for me to navigate and manage settings effectively, providing a reassuring feeling of control over the security measures.

**What do you dislike about Sophos Endpoint?**

I don't like that Sophos Endpoint does not have an executable app that functions offline. If a user doesn't have an internet connection or any access to the console, we lose control over the computer, which limits our ability to help users in such situations. Also, addressing problems when clients can't connect to Wi-Fi or the Internet becomes challenging. I believe this feature should be improved to allow some level of control or operability without constant internet access.

**What problems is Sophos Endpoint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Sophos Endpoint to control and prevent malicious activities, ensuring data integrity and increasing my trust in the security of our computers and network.

  ### 2. Effective Endpoint Protection with Strong Reporting Features.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** vikas S. | Technical support , Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Sophos Endpoint?**

Sophos endpoint provides detailed reporting and visibility. and the alerts are clear, and I can drill down to see exactly what happened on an endpoint. The integration with Sophos Central makes it easy to manage multiple devices in different locations without needing separate tools. It’s also lightweight enough that our users don’t complain about performance issues.

**What do you dislike about Sophos Endpoint?**

Pricing is also a little higher compared to some alternatives, but the extra features mostly make up for it.

**What problems is Sophos Endpoint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sophos Endpoint has helped us standardize endpoint protection across remote and office devices. It blocks suspicious files and malicious websites before they cause trouble, which has reduced the number of helpdesk tickets related to malware. It also helps with compliance by giving us audit trails and security reports we can share with management. Overall, it’s saving time for the IT team and making security more consistent across the company.

  ### 3. Robust Security and Effortless Management with Sophos Central

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Aviation & Aerospace | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Sophos Endpoint?**

What I appreciate most is the robust and comprehensive security provided by the straightforward Sophos Central management platform. In particular, the advanced protection features truly stand out. The deep learning technology operates quietly in the background, offering the entire team a great sense of peace of mind.

From a project management standpoint, the flexibility and simplicity of configuring everything through the unified Central console are excellent.

**What do you dislike about Sophos Endpoint?**

Our overall experience has been positive. However, if I were to suggest an area for improvement, it would be the specificity and accessibility of the initial troubleshooting documentation. At times, when dealing with complex or uncommon system integration issues, it can take extra effort to locate in-depth technical information or detailed step-by-step guides for these less typical scenarios within the knowledge base. While this is a relatively minor concern, since the product itself performs very well, improving the depth and ease of access to advanced technical documentation would make problem-solving even more efficient for IT administrators.

**What problems is Sophos Endpoint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main issue tackled here is the growing complexity of malware and ransomware, which are now able to evade traditional signature-based detection methods. Sophos offers strong prevention measures and automatically contains threats. For us, this translates into lower business risk and helps prevent the expensive downtime that can result from security breaches.

The ability to log into the portal and initiate remote scans individually on user devices adds an extra layer of security and peace of mind for me. This feature is crucial as it helps me quickly address any concerns from team members if they suspect a problem. Furthermore, the customer support provided by Sophos Endpoint has been fantastic, contributing to a positive overall experience. The purchasing process was straightforward, and the company offered various addons that can be integrated as needed, further enhancing system protection and user confidence. The ease of installation, barring the initial challenges due to the pandemic, was a significant advantage. This combination of strong support, easy purchasing, and additional options makes Sophos Endpoint my preferred choice.

**What do you dislike about Sophos Endpoint?**

I wish there was a specified mobile app for Android or iOS. While I have an Android, having a dedicated mobile app for management, similar to Sophos Central, would be beneficial. I've searched for such an app, but I'm not sure if it exists. A dedicated app would simplify management, particularly when I'm on the move without my laptop, allowing me to manage and check things more conveniently than logging in through the web.

**What problems is Sophos Endpoint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Sophos Endpoint to protect our company's PCs from viruses, spyware, and malware, ensuring peace of mind. It blocks questionable sites and lets me remotely initiate scans for any suspected threats, reinforcing our cybersecurity layers.
