**What do you like best about Sopact?**

The team at Sopact is extremely supportive and attentive to the needs of users. Sopact's Impact Cloud tool continues to optimize my impact measurement and management reports, especially the data analytics dashboard.

**What do you dislike about Sopact?**

I don't have anything top of mind that I dislike. I know the team will continue to strengthen the tool based on market developments.

**What problems is Sopact solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was seeking a more seamless way of reporting on impact for clients and found this tool to be user-friendly and well-designed. It provides a variety of options for quantitative and qualitative storytelling and additional resources  that guided my Impact Measurement and Management (IMM) practice. I had know of Sopact since my time working at the GIIN and was keen on using the tools for my work in Kenya. The tool offers guidance on logic framework construction, metrics, impact themes, and additional resources, like a check list of core components for delivering a strong impact report. It's impressive and continues to enhance my impact reporting.

**What do you like best about Sopact?**

Comprehensive features to manage your strategy from the Theory of Change, Data Collection for Impact Metrics and Reporting capabilities. Their training and learning resources will be a game changer on your journey.

**What do you dislike about Sopact?**

The tool is extremely easy to use, hiding the complexity of the decision-making. It is not bad for the platform, but people do choke if they don't have someone to help with it.

**What problems is Sopact solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In the world of Social Ventures and Impact, monitoring, evaluation and learning is not only good for business but also gets you the necessary funding required to do the work. Sopact is set up to help you clarify and get alignment on your vision and purpose, develop a Theory of Change, set up metrics for evaluation, set up the data gathering to integrate for reporting and set up dashboards and widgets for easy export in the format of your choice.
