Some1 Reviews & Product Details

Some1 was born from a will to digitally create an efficient, seamless and streamlined sign-in process across the board. We believe it’s time to say goodbye to logbooks, shared pens and crowded reception areas. That’s exactly what we’re offering in one affordable digital solution where signing in and receiving guests can now be done from our phones. You’ll also have a clear history of who’s been in the building and the peace of mind of having your data securely protected and stored in the Cloud. How it works: Some1 offers two simple options to scan-in visitors. Whichever option you choose, guests are offered a digital NDA to protect any intellectual property inside the building. Guests can either sign in with the Some1 mobile visitor management App, by simply scanning the QR code or if your customers don’t have the Some1 app, just check them in with your CMS. When a visitor scans-in at your front-desk, a notification is automatically sent to whoever they’re there to see. No calls or waiting required – this all happens in one simple and seamless flow. All hosts need to do is welcome their guests or collect their packages at reception. You’ve already saved a few trees by doing away with your logbook. Get ready to save a few more by using digital visitor passes. Aside from the simplicity and traceability of digital passes, it helps building security know who is in the building, at which time and for how long.
