The platform is really easy to use, which is crucial when making very specific proposals. What I like the most about Solo is probably, honestly, their customer service. They are super helpful when I have modifications or questions within a proposal. I can catch them on the phone or via email right away, and they're just over the top. I could not say enough about their customer service. Solo is also not nearly as user-friendly or detailed as any other products I've been introduced to. Setting it up was probably as easy and seamless as it could get. **What do you dislike about Solo?** I don't have too many qualms with Solo. Looking forward to finding out more about their roofing proposal. That's something that I've been inquiring about and hopeful about for, I don't know, five years now. **What problems is Solo solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Solo for solar proposals; it's extremely helpful with a specific, easy-to-use platform and an unbelievably helpful service team. ### 2. Additionally, the ability to edit proposals in real time is incredibly valuable — it gives us flexibility and control during the sales process, helping us close deals more efficiently. **What do you dislike about Solo?** The least helpful part of Solo has been the synchronization between the proposals and the financing platforms/One of the main challenges has been obtaining the information provided during the design editing phase in a format that supports our engineering planning process. While Solo is excellent for creating proposals, it would be helpful to have access to technical data outputs that align more closely with what we need to produce accurate engineering plans. **What problems is Solo solving and how is that benefiting you?** One business problem Solo doesn’t fully solve is the accurate calculation of energy production based on the specific inverter we’re using. In many cases, it seems the platform isn’t fully optimized for certain systems — for example, the hybrid inverter EP Cube by Canadian Solar is not properly updated, and the projected production does not reflect real-world performance. This creates inconsistencies that can affect proposal accuracy. ### 4. Other AI driven softwares are instantaneous. **What problems is Solo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being able to create a proposal on the spot and being able to customize the proposal to fit exactly what the customer needs is a huge help and solves a lot of problems. ### 5. She makes the difference. **What do you dislike about Solo?** One area where I see room for improvement is in lenders integrations, I would love to see SOLO with prtners like Skylight.
