SOLD Now Reviews & Product Details

SOLD Now is a business management platform built by resellers, for resellers. It's designed for antique and vintage dealers and secondhand sellers who sell across antique malls and booths, live shows, and online marketplaces, and who are tired of juggling spreadsheets and separate tools to run it all. Snap a photo and SOLD Now drafts the listing, with pricing suggested from sold comps. Track inventory across multiple booths and locations with stock numbers and venue statements, log sourcing trips with item costs and mileage, and crosslist to eBay and Etsy. When an item sells anywhere, it's automatically delisted everywhere else. On the money side, SOLD Now handles invoicing with a custom invoice designer, pay links and QR payments through Stripe and PayPal, carrier shipping labels, expense tracking, P&L and tax reports, and sales tax by state. A built-in customer CRM with wishlists, email and SMS campaigns, and your own online storefront help you sell to repeat buyers directly. SOLD Now also includes Raid Train Manager for running multi-seller Whatnot live shows, a custom label and price tag designer with QR codes, and team access with roles and permissions. There's a free plan, and paid plans start at $19.99/month with a 30-day free trial.
