Largely US-based at present - My organization had a trial of Softlinx but has since decided to use another product Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Softlinx is very easy to use for sending the documents to anyone very securely, maintains confidentiality, lets to track the sent document, cloud enabled documents delivery and no hectic procedure like the old faxing system. The documents are sent in a simple manner like emails even with your phone application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The one dislike about Softlinx or using cloud faxing is that our data or the faxes are not much protected as if anyone hacks into the email, he or she will be able to have access over all the documents. There is a bit of safety concern with this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
