What do you like best about BioRAFT?

BioRAFT provides better communication between lab heads and health safety admins. this software allows users to signup for courses and training with their choices. It is a centralized System with various programs, which is very convient for users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BioRAFT?

"Good for lab management"

What do you like best about BioRAFT?

As an Admin, it was easy to install and host on our servers. As a user, it is intuitive to use. I can easily schedule time in a lab, add information on the testing I am doing and make that info available for other teams that may use the same lab. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BioRAFT?

Another tool

To learn. With all the solutions offered, it can be overwhelming to learn yet another software and integration hasn't been difficult. I'd like to see a larger selection of softwares that Bioraft can integrate with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering BioRAFT:

Look into other open source lab management software. Sometimes it is best to pay for a product though, especially when it deals with constantly changing compliancy needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BioRAFT solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about BioRAFT?

All-in-one approach. Covers compliance, inspections, personnel, and training records. SDS database built right into the system that banks off of Stanford's years of work. There is also an option for equipment tracking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BioRAFT?

Customization and help tickets historically took forever, but I think they have much more staff now. Updates to certain things like training modules can only happen at certain times of the year unless you beg. Again this may have changed with company growth. Recommendations to others considering BioRAFT:

It's a valuable tool, and updates come continuously. Can get pricey depending on what modules you want, but as a lab management tool, it is pretty robust. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
