I mainly use Soda PDF Anywhere a few times a week when reviewing engineering drawings, supplier documents, and installation manuals. Most of my work starts on my office laptop, but I sometimes need to check files from another system or while working remotely, so having both the desktop and web version is useful. The features I use most are adding comments, highlighting revision changes, combining multiple PDFs into one package, and converting Word documents to PDF before sharing them. The interface is straightforward, so I didn’t need much time to learn it. Earlier, our document review process involved switching between different PDF tools for editing, merging, and signing files. Now I can complete most of those tasks in one application before sending documents for internal approval or supplier review. It has reduced the amount of manual work during document preparation and saves around 15-20 minutes whenever I prepare a complete drawing package. Since everyone receives properly formatted PDFs with comments and markups already included, there are fewer revision-related questions and the review process moves faster.
