**What do you like best about Socxo?**

We have been using socxo for over a year now. The best feature is that the tool is very user-friendly and does not require much training to get used to the tool. You can see all the content in one place from all content sources. The tool lets you filter out content and lets you pin the key content you want the users to promote. The analytics is also a good part. Users can see how their posts are performing.

**What do you dislike about Socxo?**

There are some glitches when it comes to using the tool sometimes, but the support team is very responsive.

**What problems is Socxo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Socxo has helped us to increase employee engagement and with it has increased our overall social media engagements in the last year. We have seen a lot of our customers and prospects engaging over posts shared by employees via socxo

**What do you like best about Socxo?**

I have been using Socxo for the last 2 years and I can't thank you enough for its smooth, user-friendly nature. Apart from that, it is very informative and you can watch your every step including your progress. I'm very likely to recommend this app to everyone and of course on a hunt already.

**What do you dislike about Socxo?**

There is nothing as such that I can think of even after using it for the last two years. But yes, would like to see more Instagram blurbs :)

**What problems is Socxo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don't have to share content going on to a specific social platform, All I can do is with one Socxo. It did create a lot of attention towards my profiles which in turn kept unknown people knew about 247.ai in a much better way. Most importantly, it helps me with the news on what's happening in 247.ai across the globe.

The analytics in the platform is by far the best in the market. Many admin options and a simple dashboard for users. Also price is really attractive!

Polls feature I don't use. Rest is great!

We really helped the team with spreading more content about the firm. They want to use linkedin and see the benefits. But they find it difficult to create content. And with socxo we help them on that part. As firm we have more knowledge and insights in the reach and engagement.

**What do you like best about Socxo?**

Their team is what I like best. They are very responsive and do the best they can to accommodate our requests and introduce the functionalities we need to make the best use of the tool. I also like how easy the platform is to use, even for people who are not very tech savvy - which we certainly have in our team.

**What do you dislike about Socxo?**

I'm not all that happy with the UpContent integration. Because of the limitations in how we can filter keywords, and how niche some of the relevant content for us is, we just struggle to get relevant content. This is an issue as we move forward because we need to find other ways to introduce relevant content if we want to keep our users engaged.

**Recommendations to others considering Socxo:**

Be clear about what your needs are and what Socxo can deliver out of the box and what needs to be customised. We had too many stakeholders with different expectations and it took a while for all the functionalities needed to meet the expectations to be available, which kept delaying the launch to the different group of users we identified. However, it's important to highlight how accommodating the Socxo team has been in introducing all that we needed.

**What problems is Socxo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

So far, not many people in our organisation are using the platform, so the benefits are very limited at this point. However, being able to present people with all the relevant (branded and non-branded) content in one place, and get the analytics behind things they share is the main problem we are solving. Before using the platform, our view of the reach of our network was very limited and Socxo is definitely helping us solve this.

I've been using the Socxo platform for the last four months, focused primarily on social media marketing to generate sales leads for our company. This tool has been indispensable in managing and controlling the distribution of our content through social media marketing channels.

**What do you like best about Socxo?**

SOCXO supports driving our brand awareness through employees, partners, and advisors. As an administrator of SOCXO, I find the platform to be intuitive for both users and admin. Content Suggestion Feature by employees is on point, it helps in understanding user interests thereby pulling relevant topics for each user group. The Dashboard and Reporting Analytics are quite insightful in terms of user engagement and content performance. Lead Tracking and attributing Website Traffic to respective is a bonus.

The support team at SOCXO is very much proactive and guide you with training and ideas on gamification to fuel user engagement.

From the administrative side, it is a little time-intensive for curating content consistently

**What do you like best about Socxo?**

Great feature set and simple interface that works well for both users and myself as an admin. They are constantly adding new functionality around advocacy and internal engagement and scheduling is a breeze along with content management. Highly scalable and offered at a fraction of the cost of other platforms. Fee structure is more than reasonable when considering the analytics and power for engagement amplification.

We are able to manage clients' teams easily with this platform.

**What do you dislike about Socxo?**

Mobile app could stand for a bit of a UI refresh but I believe that’s in the works. Still it's not bad and on par with other social platforms.

**Recommendations to others considering Socxo:**

At the very least, definitely recommend talking to their sales team and giving the free trial month a go. it's got a lot of power and potential to transform how you think about social

Platform allows for clients that have different groups (silos) of social users to be managed from a single point. Easy to manage content and distribute to appropriate groups and manage users and see which are most effective at amplifing messages and which social platforms are resonating with specific messaging.

**What do you like best about Socxo?**

Socxo is a true brand advocacy platform. I have been driving partner engagement through Socxo and I have got great feedback from all the advisors. It lets you engage meaningfully with your connections through curated blurbs which can very well be categorized as per different verticals.

Some of the best features of Socxo are 'schedule for later' feature,  Polls, rewards and badges, and analytics dashboards which let you measure engagement outcome through a complete data driven approach.

Sometimes it is difficult to add a new user. I will call it a minor technical glitch which is easily resolved by the admin team within a few minutes.
