Over three years our team wasted uncountable hours on other platforms, and who knows how much on SEO tools that were readily available on Snapps. And "customer support" was less-than, but with Snapps, it's all top-notch. **What problems is Snapps solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have not encountered one short coming from the snapps services at all. I however, have made mistakes and they have been quick to help me correct them and get moving forward. ### 2. Just use duda instead. **What do you dislike about Snapps?** It's buggy. For the first year+ the dashboard would take minutes to load. Not an exaggeration. At one point it was like 5 minutes. Took forever to resolve the issue. They stripped away basic functionality from the duda platform, like the ability to duplicate a site. They finally added that function after 2 years in business. The heat map tool frequently fails and the dashboard takes forever. They hire cheap coders that barely know what they're doing. **What problems is Snapps solving and how is that benefiting you?** Not solving anything anymore. It is very user-friendly that allows complete control over how your website looks and feels. If there is a better lead gen website builder out there, we haven't found it. Snapps is designed for lead generation users and agents in mind. It is strikingly SEO-friendly as well. Apart from Lead Generation templates, there is also a wealth of other templates to choose from. including, for example, ecommerce, agents, funnels, and store owners. We also like the fact that Snapps have an array of in-built graphics to choose from - images, photos and all. Overall, an excellent experience. **What do you dislike about Snapps?** As a relatively young website builder company, Snapps can improve the design and outlook of the website, allowing for a more visually appealing marketing showcase. However, this will probably sort out over time. **Recommendations to others considering Snapps:** I highly recommend Snapps to users who want to have a similarly positive experience. **What problems is Snapps solving and how is that benefiting you?** Support is great. However, there can be better organization and classification of frequently asked questions. We do think that once the client base of Snapps increases, this will improve. Live video support is an excellent added feature. Having this feature is a bold move by any organization as it reflects a high level of commitment by the company to support users and customers though innovative means. We appreciate the clear walkthrough in the videos that dives into all the components necessary to operate a website that is not only attractive, but more importantly, one that converts. Snapps sites are easy to customize and turn around in a timely manner. This system has been dialed in for people that are looking to make their website work for them and will blow away any other CMS/Website Builder on the market such as Weebly or WordPress. The mobile optimizations and custom defined experiences that you can serve a returning visitor vs a new visitor is next level. I will be moving all of my existing sites to Snapps ASAP. **What do you dislike about Snapps?** Overall, nothing but as with any new product there are small bugs and glitches with some of the systems but it is up to you as the user of technology to ensure that your work is always backed up regardless of the tool you're using. I wanted to build a site in a category that requiers a little bit of wow factor, and Snapps delivered. The dynamic pages make building out multiple similar pages so fast and easy. The pop-ups and conditional logic you can use and apply are a real step above what other builders have. Even the small things like their image library are robust and easy to find great images, plus the icon pack that you can use. Everything is built right in. No plug-ins, no updating manually, the list goes on. I'm looking forward to continuing to build in Snapps and plan to migrate all my old sites to Snapps as well. **What do you dislike about Snapps?** It's never fun to learn a new system, but with Snapps it's totally worth it! And luckily they have a very robust catalog of video and written documentation with great search functionality. Snapps seems to be a dream come true for someone building multiple websites for business owners or even for themselves; I think it makes a good case to have 5 or more of your own websites, even as a small business owner, ESPECIALLY if you're a contractor offering multiple services. I've built many websites in the past with the intent of ranking in Google, and from how things are going, my latest websites that are built on Snapps will be ranked in a month or 2, as opposed to 6+ months on other platforms I've used. **What do you dislike about Snapps?** If you only plan on having 1 website and just want a place to redirect your customers to, don't expect to save a buck by switching over. Snapps is priced pretty similarly to other website builders, but you do have to purchase a 5 pack currently. Try it for yourself for free to find out if it's worth it for you. The real benefit comes from the SEO capabilities and if you're going to build multiple websites on it. **What problems is Snapps solving and how is that benefiting you?** I covered a lot of this in the "what I like" section, but the problems I'm solving start at functionality (I used Weebly for years and couldn't move things where I wanted them to go, which was frustrating, it also glitched out a lot which I haven't found to be an issue with Snapps. WordPress is functional but complicated, and with all of the plugins etc it created the potential for security issues. Snapps has "widgets" built into it so you're not getting your website features from anywhere but their platform. I also like how fast Google picked up my sites (it only took a day!) ### 10. The organization aspects are also so helpful such as the content library, and business info panel. These features allow me to globalize design aspects such as logos so the site is cohesive. Snapps templates are also top notch - they truly have so many to choose from. I love being able to choose a template with an aesthetic and suitable appeal, and then adding on custom touches. **What do you dislike about Snapps?** Occasionally I find formatting text and images together a little difficult to translate it to the way I ideally want it to look. Still, nonetheless, I am always able to make an aesthetic website on Snapps. **What problems is Snapps solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problem I'm solving is fast load time. I have noticed that Snapps sites load extremely fast compared to others. I love the widgets because it allows me to add different elements to the website in less time than other website platforms, and that there are so many widget options to choose from. ### 11. All options are great for the small to mid-sized companies to be able to create beautiful websites that are functional for any business. **What do you dislike about Snapps?** There are only a few little learning curve things about single clicks vs double clicks to move text boxes/sizes and such. It really isn't a dislike, more just getting used to the templates. **What problems is Snapps solving and how is that benefiting you?** Some website templates are really clunky and not intuitive or user-friendly to build and work with. They have great tutorials. **What problems is Snapps solving and how is that benefiting you?** My sites are historically taking much less time to index and rank when I built them with Snapps as opposed to other builders. Also, especially in comparison with Wordpress, I never have to worry about security as it's a closed source environment and completely secure. Security was always a huge issue with Wordpress, but I would sacrifice that for the the flexibility to create highly customizable and beautiful sites. It functions so much more smoothly than other builders and is so simple and easy to use. Also, the websites you build look effortlessly good. It looks modern and clean and I love the features like connected data. The layout where you can edit the content/design/animation/spacing is so helpful. **What do you dislike about Snapps?** Simply because of the newness of Snapps, there are a few widgets and support videos which could be added, but I have no doubt these are coming soon. I've also had a few login issues - technical glitches, but a workaround has been provided from the support team. There's not much to dislike about Snapps, otherwise.
