## About Snagify
Snagify is a property inspection app built for the Dubai rental market. It helps landlords, tenants, real estate agencies and property managers create check-in and check-out reports that document the condition of a property at the start and end of a tenancy, so security deposit decisions rest on evidence rather than memory. How it works During a move-in inspection, the user walks through the property room by room and takes photos directly in the app. Snagify's AI analyses the photos and drafts condition notes for each item, which the inspector confirms or edits. The same report records the inventory, keys handed over and meter readings. Snagify can also read an Ejari tenancy contract to pre-fill the tenant, property and tenancy dates. Once the inspection is complete, both parties sign electronically, either on the same device or through a remote signing link. If one party refuses to sign or does not respond, that is recorded in the report as well. At move-out, the check-out inspection uses the check-in as its baseline. A ghost overlay helps the inspector match each photo angle, and every room receives a verdict such as "No change" or "New damage" in a comparison report. Evidence and integrity Each signed report is generated as a PDF with a SHA-256 hash and a QR code linking to its verification page, so any later modification can be detected. Electronic signatures carry the same legal effect as handwritten ones under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 46 of 2021. The Dubai Rental Dispute Center (RDC) does not pre-approve any report format; Snagify reports are structured around the evidence it weighs, such as dates, photos and signatures from both parties. For agencies and property managers Pro plans include white-label reports with the agency's logo and RERA number, and a shared pool of credits for the whole team, so every agent produces reports to the same standard. What Snagify is not Snagify is not a snagging service for new-build handovers, and it does not send inspectors. The inspection is carried out by the landlord, tenant or agent using the app. Pricing and availability Check-in reports are free. Individuals pay per check-out through credit packs, from AED 99, and Pro plans for agencies start at AED 299 per month, billed annually. Snagify is a web app that runs in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer, with no app store download, and produces reports in English and Arabic. Snagify is operated by Seize Montaigne Technologies LLC, Sharjah Media City Free Zone (Shams), UAE.
