SMTP Senpai Reviews & Product Details

SMTP Senpai is MailSenpai's SMTP relay service for the emails your apps, websites, online stores and business software send: order confirmations, invoices, password resets, notifications, reminders and contact forms. Your software keeps writing its emails as before and delivers them through our servers. Three ways to connect: Standard SMTP: server, port 2525 with STARTTLS, personal username and password. Port 2525 works even where your hosting closes ports 25 and 587. REST API with a key: send, read results and statistics and manage the do-not-contact list. Website forms: an address to put in your form's action, even on a static site, with an anti-bot filter, auto-reply, archive and CSV export. Your domain, your rules: Emails are DKIM-signed on your own domain. We give you the SPF, DKIM and DMARC records to publish and we check them; then a button in the panel sends a test email. You usually go live the same day. See what happens to every email: The sending log is kept for 90 days, line by line: delivered, bounced with the reason, deferred, reported. Search by address, domain or reason. Every month you get a report compared with the previous period. No suspension for crossing a threshold: If you cross a bounce or complaint threshold we don't block you: problem addresses go on the do-not-contact list, don't use up your volume, and we tell you what to fix. Volume under control: Alerts at 50, 80 and 100% of your volume. When it runs out you choose whether to stop or keep sending in blocks of 1,000 emails, up to a spending cap you set. Start on shared, warmed-up addresses or get a dedicated IP from €15/month (included from 150,000 emails a month). Works with: WordPress, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Supabase, AI-built apps, Laravel, Node.js, business software, printers and anything that sends over SMTP or API. EU servers and real support: Servers and data (log, suppression list, form submissions) are in the European Union. Prices in euro and support from real people in English and Italian. Pricing (VAT excluded): 14-day free trial: €0 today, card required, up to 100 emails a day and a reminder 3 days before the end.
