COUNTERPART Reviews & Product Details

COUNTERPART® is an ERP Solution with direct CAD integration for Engineer-to-Order manufacturers. COUNTERPART ERP delivers seamless, bi-directional integration with leading CAD platforms like SOLIDWORKS and Inventor, eliminating disconnects between engineering and operations. Our patented CAD integration enables real-time, bidirectional synchronization of bills of materials (BOMs), drawings, revisions, and configurations—ensuring that changes in CAD automatically update ERP (and vice versa) without manual re-entry or export/import errors. Why Counterpart for ETO Manufacturers? Designed specifically for custom Engineer-to-Order environments, COUNTERPART breaks down the traditional barriers between engineering, purchasing, and manufacturing and assembly. Manufacturers using COUNTERPART report dramatic improvements in quoting speed and accuracy, inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, and overall operational efficiency. Key Benefits: • Real-Time CAD/ERP Synchronization: Patented bi-directional integration keeps engineering and manufacturing perfectly aligned, reducing errors and accelerating time-to-production. • Automated BOM Management: Instant updates and accurate costing from CAD data, minimizing discrepancies and manual work. • Faster Quoting & Configuration: Streamline complex custom configurations with accurate, real-time data from your CAD models. • Improved Collaboration: Eliminate silos so engineering, sales, purchasing, and production teams work from a single source of truth. • AI Integrated: Leverage local LLMs (natural language queries) on CAD/BOM data, intelligent recommendations—without cloud dependency or data privacy risks. • Proven Results: Customers have achieved outcomes like 10X improvement in assembly efficiency and significant reductions in ETO bottlenecks. Unlike traditional ERP systems focused on more standardized manufacturing, COUNTERPART is built from the ground up for the unique challenges of ETO—high customization, complex BOMs, frequent revisions, and the need for tight CAD integration. Whether you're frustrated with Excel-based processes, legacy systems designed for high-volume repetitive manufacturing or disconnected tools that slow down your custom machine and automation projects, COUNTERPART removes the manual bottlenecks and fragmented workflows that plague Engineer-to-Order manufacturers.
