Smash allows me to send very large files to my clients and collaborators in just a few clicks. What I like most is the combination of ease of use and the fact that there is no file size limit even on the free plan. Additionally, switching from WeTransfer to Smash was an easy choice due to the lack of size limits and the fact that Smash is a French solution with servers hosted in Europe. The initial setup was extremely simple, with no installation required as I use the web version. **What do you dislike about Smash?** Nothing negative to report **What problems is Smash solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Smash to send and receive large files easily without size limits, even on the free plan. You can also search them on the hard drive. The file upload is quite fast. The user can download the file in an asyncronous way using the link. **What do you dislike about Smash?** I do not have nothing special I dislike about Smash, being a very straight forward software to exchange file. Probably, in terms of security, Winden is a step ahead using live connection between the sender and the recipient. **What problems is Smash solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use smash to exchange files too big to send by emails, usually with marketing agency or UX external supplier. Contents such as photos should be in high resolution and they wieght a lot. Smash is a very good solution for this purpose. Also, when the URL is generated, there is sometimes conflict about how it is named. **What problems is Smash solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a second professional option to quickly share files without waiting for your cloud solution finish it´s processes. Also it does not uses your payed cloud storage, is all outsourced ### 6. They just mention 'UPload on your own risk' but never shows how many people they've helped and how many customers trust them - It just don't show clearly what the user will get after upgrading.
