zeeproc SmartX is a customer success platform that connects to your own AI provider key to automate post-sales workflows for B2B teams. zeeproc SmartX is an AI orchestration layer for post-sales and customer success teams. Rather than bundling AI at an additional cost, SmartX lets users connect their own API key from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, or xAI. The platform runs customer success workflows on that key, with AI usage billed directly by the provider. Core capabilities: Health monitoring — Aggregates signals from product usage, support interactions, and sentiment data into customer health scores. Teams can set custom weights and receive alerts when accounts show signs of risk. Automated follow-ups — Drafts outreach based on customer engagement signals. Messages can be reviewed and sent manually or handled automatically by the agent. Renewal management — Surfaces upcoming renewals and flags accounts with low engagement or declining health scores ahead of the renewal date. Expansion detection — Identifies upsell and cross-sell signals across the customer base and routes them to the appropriate team member. Surveys — Supports NPS, CSAT, and custom survey creation, delivery, and response tracking. Testimonial collection — Identifies satisfied customers and manages the process of requesting and storing testimonials. What's included: A SmartX subscription also includes access to the Companion App (advocacy workflows, surveys, and AI-generated case studies) and zCRM (a lightweight CRM layer with AI-assisted data entry and relationship tracking). Setup: The platform connects to common CRMs, support tools, email providers, and product analytics. Configuration does not require engineering resources.
