The ice breakers were average, and the UI was mediocre when it was working. **What do you dislike about SmartWriter?** Unfortunately, I had to spend a whole day chatting to my card company to block future payments, because once you subscribe to this and pay for it, it's impossible to cancel on their website. I have also submitted a chargeback request. I emailed them but there was no reply, and the chat support is non-existent. Seems like they will get caught out soon enough, and this software will cease to exist. Don't waste the time and money that I spent on this! **What problems is SmartWriter solving and how is that benefiting you?** It doesn't solve any problems - it creates an admin headache! ### 2. Software stopped working. Chat support is non-existent and won't help. The Smartscript feature provided nice personalizations, and it worked well until it simply stopped working altogether. **What do you dislike about SmartWriter?** The Smartscript feature stopped working, and the company-based personalizations were the only ones that worked, but they were absolute garbage. **What problems is SmartWriter solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's giving me more problems now, since we need to get a refund, and I wonder how that will happen, when no one EVER has replied in their chat support. ### 3. In addition, it finds the LinkedIn profile associated with the website, which is helpful when selling my service to other businesses. **What do you dislike about SmartWriter?** Sometimes the output will pull irrelevant information, but the team can refund those outputs to save credits. Additionally, it is impossible to generate one first liner, but forces you to generate 2~3, which can use more credits than intended. Let's hope the team allows only one output to be generated. **What problems is SmartWriter solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being able to write the first liner to the potential prospects that I want to reach out to without hiring a copywriter. ### 4. So If you're considering outreach marketing, it's a very logical decision. Advertising in general is an important factor for any successful company. Outreach tactics are a no-brainer if you want to be on the cutting edge of public opinion and effective advertising! Smartwriter is revolutionizing this space. If you do any kind of outreach, you can't miss this tool. With so many GPT-3 writing tools to choose from, It seems difficult for SmartWriter to thrive in the market. It's yet another example of AI providing an outstanding product. In this case, it's a writing tool that is making waves as one of the best tools on the market. I've found the results to be great, it's an absolute no-brainer to get started with this platform. They also offer icebreakers, email finders and verifiers, and email copies. They even offer content expander, growth, and ad content, and many more features as most AI writing assistants do. I feel it is very well-rounded and has a lot of different features. I would definitely recommend it if you're into AI content. I have also used their support and they respond quickly and seem to really care about their customers. I believe this company will go very very far. I cant wait to see what’s to come in the future. **What do you dislike about SmartWriter?** I will only recommend the platform's UI be improved. But in my professional opinion, I think it's great. The interface is already well designed, intuitive, and easy to comprehend. **Recommendations to others considering SmartWriter:** I feel it is very well-rounded and has a lot of different features. I would definitely recommend it if you're into AI content. I have also used their support and they respond quickly and seem to really care about their customers. I cant wait to see what’s to come in the future. **What problems is SmartWriter solving and how is that benefiting you?** SmartWriter provides an automated solution that works for Emails, Linkedin, and Instagram outreach. All I had to do was enter my prospect's site URL and some additional comments before the SmartWriter automatically generated some personalized content for me. If you are someone who struggles with emailing or reaching out to individuals on social platforms, it would be very beneficial to use SmartWriter. It'll help take the stress out and allow you to focus on communicating. ### 5.
