SmartMit Reviews & Product Details

SmartMit is a business management software built for water mitigation and restoration contractors. It replaces the patchwork most mitigation companies run on: spreadsheets, a separate photo-report tool, a PDF editor, an e-signature app, and cloud storage, with one connected system for scheduling, job and lead tracking, photo documentation, contracts, and invoicing. Office staff, sales, and field technicians all work from the same data, with insurance-ready invoice packages assembled in a few clicks instead of built by hand. Built specifically for the seasonal, insurance-driven workload of water mitigation and restoration, designed to help teams handle a surge in jobs without adding headcount. One customer reported cutting invoice submission time by roughly 80% within months of switching. New customers can start a 30-day pilot at no cost, with no setup fee unless it works.
