They subscribe you automatically and then lock you into a subscription without any way for you to get out unless you email them directly. We stopped using the product over a year ago and were charged again this year to our surprise. Their policy is to issue NO REFUNDS!!!

SMartmetrics gives lots of useful information on the Instagram accounts, it's very easy to use the software, you just have to input minimum input to get great insights. insights are mainly based on two things, the accounts, and the hashtag. the account tag requires you to connect your Facebook page to the tool once you did that it gives lots of useful information about your account, this includes the follower information, demographics, the follower activity and so much more. this information can be used greatly for improving the performance of the account, for example, the follower activity lets you find the peak time to post on your account and create a content strategy. also, the demographics help you great information about the age group and the location information that lets you create useful posts based on the taste of your followers. the hashtag research is useful in finding trends that can be taken advantage. The interface is really bad, I mean its clean and all but it's not really that attractive. you need to connect your Facebook account in order to get insight into other accounts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

the pricing is really impressive which plans from as low as 9 dollars that allow analytics of upto 3 accounts you got a great deal in hand. one of the major pros is the website, the interface is really simple and there isn't much annoying buttons or graphics in there. it's very easy to access the platform and use it. the website works smoothly even on mobile devices and I find it really easy to use to service even while travelling. the analytics is good and you can even get the finest details like demographics and age of the followers. the time taken by the program to analyse the hashtags and accounts are too much. to get accounts analytics you have to connect your Facebook account to which the Instagram business page is connected, so you cannot analyse personal accounts here. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like about this platform is that I am able to track all the metrics that in such clarity and detail.

I am able to understand and track what days am I getting what amount of followers through a really nice bar graph. I can check the number of profile visits I am getting on which day and compare the data to my campaign which was running that day to find out how effective it was. I am able to see the gained and lost followers by day and time. I am able to clearly compare the reach with the impressions. The platform has made it possible to check how many people clicked on one of the contact buttons diveded by Website visits, Get directions click, Message button etc. It has a very beautiful age and gender distinction of all my followers. Shows the percentage of top 20 countries i have the most followers from which is not all as it shows the percentage of the top 20 cities that i have followers from. It even has a chart to show count of followers, time and day of the week that my followers are online. It also shows the top languages my followers speak but I guess that is just assumed by the countries they are from, I am yet to get clarity on this. The platform also gives an influence rating which i really like and all this is just touching the surface of it. It also has a huge number of metrics for my posts and stories. One thing that could have made this platform even better is, content or post scheduling. If it had this feature as well then i wouldn't have to use any other software apart from this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like everything about it, one of the most interesting feature is it even provide reports of my competitors and shows a difference between me and my competitors.
