We stopped using the product over a year ago and were charged again this year to our surprise. Their policy is to issue NO REFUNDS!!! I am able to understand and track what days am I getting what amount of followers through a really nice bar graph. I can check the number of profile visits I am getting on which day and compare the data to my campaign which was running that day to find out how effective it was. I am able to see the gained and lost followers by day and time. I am able to clearly compare the reach with the impressions. The platform has made it possible to check how many people clicked on one of the contact buttons diveded by Website visits, Get directions click, Message button etc. It has a very beautiful age and gender distinction of all my followers. Shows the percentage of top 20 countries i have the most followers from which is not all as it shows the percentage of the top 20 cities that i have followers from. It even has a chart to show count of followers, time and day of the week that my followers are online. It also shows the top languages my followers speak but I guess that is just assumed by the countries they are from, I am yet to get clarity on this. The platform also gives an influence rating which i really like and all this is just touching the surface of it. It also has a huge number of metrics for my posts and stories. **What do you dislike about SmartMetrics Instagram Analytics?** One thing that could have made this platform even better is, content or post scheduling.
