Smalti Reviews & Product Details

Smalti is shift-scheduling software for teams of 10 to 100. Managers build and publish the week, approve requests and review timesheets from a browser console. Staff use the iPhone and Android apps to view schedules, clock in and out, trade shifts on an open marketplace, request time off and message their team. Smalti refuses to store an overlapping assignment, so nobody can be double-booked, even when two people claim the same shift in the same second. Trades are checked against position qualifications, location, availability and your trade window, then go to a manager for approval, or settle instantly if you turn approval off. The built-in time clock never rounds time or deducts breaks automatically. Punches work offline, and a shared tablet at the door supports staff without smartphones. Opening, closing and temperature checklists keep a record that can't be rewritten. Labor cost is projected as you build the week, and every location keeps its own time zone, with daylight saving handled. From $29/month, every feature included.
