Even though it is still an AI and you keep that in mind, you notice that there is a lot behind the generated customers. Many real experiences are integrated, which directly help you practice and prepare for the next conversation. I also find that the initial setup was almost very easy, as everything was pre-configured. **What do you dislike about Sleak AI?** This is more like, yes, too fast for me. Sometimes you need a second to give an answer. AI should wait about 5 seconds, then it asks if you're still there somehow. And that's what I would improve. It might be a bit difficult, but okay. **What problems is Sleak AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sleak AI helps me practice sales conversations and provides guidance on how to properly conduct phone calls or conversations. ### 2. When I look at the members in my team overview, I can't remove my email address without it being automatically reinserted. That's a very small thing that could surely be fixed quickly. And setting up the evaluation criteria is complex. It's also time-consuming to create the conversation types and insert the evaluation criteria. **What problems is Sleak AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sleak AI makes onboarding much more efficient, saves us several hours, and increases the training volume.
