Often we don't want to go out but this still allows us to support restaurants. **What do you dislike about SkipTheDishes for Partners?** There is definitely a price tag associated with Skip the Dishes. Once you add up the fees for the software, tip, delivery, etc it can get quite pricey to get order in. **What problems is SkipTheDishes for Partners solving and how is that benefiting you?** SkiptheDishes allows us to get delivery for a large number of staff, without ever having to leave the buliding! This is a huge benefit in our busy envirmonent. ### 2. I have proof of them stealing receipts from customers when they order from a restaurant with a points program. Skip refuses to take responsibility. So if you want to order from a business that allows theft, enjoy skip... I suggest calling the restaurants directly to see if they have delivery, if not, pick it up. Skip is terrible. Also, with all the dietary restrictions these days, skip SUCKS for finding restaurants that are vegan, gluten free... etc. **What problems is SkipTheDishes for Partners solving and how is that benefiting you?** None, they are not helping, they steal ### 3. Often times I find myself not wanting to cook dinner or I get home from work too late to cook a whole meal, so SkipTheDishes works great to solve my problems. I can place the order before leaving work and it will arrive at my house around the same time as me, saving me a stop on my commute. I also enjoy how 100% of the delivery fee and tip goes to the driver. **What do you dislike about SkipTheDishes for Partners?** To be honest, there is nothing that I dislike about SkipTheDishes, it solves all my problems! **What problems is SkipTheDishes for Partners solving and how is that benefiting you?** I order sometimes for my entire company when we all want to order in lunch, and for that, I find that very beneficial. ### 4. The app is easy to use so I can place orders quickly and easily. **What do you dislike about SkipTheDishes for Partners?** The delivery time is not always as reported. There have been times when my order was supposed to arrive in 25 minutes and it took almost an hour to have it delivered. **What problems is SkipTheDishes for Partners solving and how is that benefiting you?** I lead a very busy life with work, family and travel and Skip the Dishes is a great convenience for me. Often taking on multiple orders and delivery from different locations at one time. This often resulted in the wrong items being delivered to different dusters or orders not being delivered at all (driver preferring to abandon an order in favor of higher paid ones or ones with larger tips) this had a negative impact to the business itself. **What problems is SkipTheDishes for Partners solving and how is that benefiting you?** Skip eliminates the need to have dedicated delivery staff on payroll, however the negative impacts of their reliability and dependability outweighs the positive. ### 7. The rates are technically the lowest compared to the other food delivery options. It's well-known, so it gets lots of traffic. -They let you use your own tablet, (though there is a rental option). -The restaurant-side app can be downloaded yourself through the app store. -Brand visibility -Offers promotions **What do you dislike about SkipTheDishes for Partners?** The customer service treats us like trash, and makes me feel like they are the business, the customers are THEIR customers, and I'm just a random small supplier. You can't edit anything yourself, and the support is slow. They penalize you for every little thing, just to appease the customers (when sometimes it's not even your fault). It's really easy for scammers to get "free food". -You are nothing -Nickel and Dime you for everything -It's always your fault -Customers can screw you over easily -Lack of notifications -Support team cares more about their reputation/relationship with the paying customers than their reputation/relationship with you **Recommendations to others considering SkipTheDishes for Partners:** You don't have a choice. I love how accessible they make ordering food and how easy it is. **What do you dislike about SkipTheDishes for Partners?** A lot of the time the restaurants do not update their menu on the app, so I have had times where I order and item but later get a call telling me that item is unavailable. I also don't like how they don't always indicate whether a food item is vegan, gluten-free, vegetarian, etc. **Recommendations to others considering SkipTheDishes for Partners:** If you don't feel like driving, going out or picking up food, Skip is very convenient. I would definitely recommend it to anyone, I've had nothing but good experiences. It was only after the delivery time kept growing that I finally contacted them. Another time, I couldn't find a restaurant that I knew was on the list. When I asked, I was told it's because they aren't in my delivery area. It's 7 minutes from our house! Rather than look into it, they gave me pat answer. I went through the restaurant site to find them and sure enough, they did deliver.
