"Efficient Subscription Management with Intuitive Self-Service"
What do you like best about Skio?

I really like how Skio handles subscription management so clearly without feeling clunky, offering a simple user experience while still giving brands a lot of control. The customer self-service features reduce support workload, and the flexible billing options allow us to adapt to different customer needs. The retention tools are great for helping keep subscribers longer and reducing churn. Overall, it saves time and improves the customer experience. Skio's better native support for subscription flows and Shopify integration was a major factor for us, and the initial setup was easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Skio?

I don't like the limited flexibility in subscription logic. The analytics aren't as deep as I would like, which could be improved by showing more charts and having a drag-and-drop feature. The user experience can be confusing sometimes, and integrations occasionally need extra workarounds. I would like to see more native support, especially the ability to chat with real human support, and more plug-and-play integrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A passable product harried by consistently abysmal customer support"
What do you like best about Skio?

The admin is fairly easy to use when things are working well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Skio?

A lack of iteration and innovation in the product has caused Skio to become less attractive than its competitors, but arguably, the worst aspect of working with them is their unfailingly atrocious CS team. A simple question or a request for assistance with an obvious issue will take hours from your day, the color from your hair, and the light from your eyes.

We work with dozens of vendors, and for the last 3 years or so, Skio's CS has hands-down been the least helpful of them all. Be prepared for active gaslighting about your issue, redirection to other vendors, and a resolution that gets you nowhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
