Skilwi.ai Reviews & Product Details

SKILWI is a skill-native HR and workforce intelligence platform built for Indian mid-market companies with 200 to 2,000 employees. Instead of treating skills as a static field, SKILWI puts a single skill graph, mapped to India's NCO and NSQF frameworks, at the core, so every people decision runs on one live view of what your workforce can actually do. The platform brings four capabilities together on that skill graph: Recruit: applicant tracking, resume and job-description parsing, AI candidate scoring and role-fit, and INR salary benchmarks. Develop: performance management, 360 feedback, training needs analysis, career pathing, succession planning and internal mobility, all tied to real skills. Decide: workforce planning, hire-versus-train cost modelling in rupees, attrition-risk scoring and capability heatmaps. Run: full India statutory payroll (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Form 16 and Form 24Q), plus attendance, leave, onboarding and employee records. Because hiring, performance, succession and payroll all read from the same skill graph, SKILWI lets HR and CHROs answer questions like "should we hire externally or upskill internally" in minutes, and put a real cost on every capability gap. SKILWI is DPDP 2023 compliant, with AES-encrypted PII and per-tenant data isolation. Founded in Bengaluru and DPIIT-recognised.
