SitPup Reviews & Product Details

SitPup is online booking and business management software designed for independent pet sitters, dog walkers, home boarding providers, small kennels and pet hotels. It helps pet care businesses manage bookings, availability, clients, pets and invoicing in one place instead of relying on phone calls, messages, spreadsheets and scattered notes. Businesses can accept direct reservations through a dedicated booking page or add an embeddable booking widget to an existing website. Clients can choose a service, select an available date and time, add pet details and submit a booking request online. SitPup includes calendar and availability management, manual booking creation, booking request management, client records, pet profiles, customer history and invoicing. Owners can define working hours, breaks and days off so clients only see bookable dates and times. Pet profiles can include information such as pet type, breed, age, size, care details and notes, helping businesses keep important information organized for every visit or stay. Businesses can also create a professional booking page with services, pricing, photos, contact information and multilingual support. SitPup supports multiple currencies and works across desktop, tablet and mobile devices. It can also be installed as a progressive web app for quick access. Email alerts and mobile push notifications help businesses stay updated on new booking activity. SitPup is built for small pet care businesses that want simple direct online booking without the complexity of large kennel management systems or the high commissions of marketplace platforms. A permanent free plan is available and includes a booking page, website widget, calendar, availability management, client and pet records, booking management and invoicing. Paid plans provide higher booking limits and additional features. Direct bookings. Your clients. Your brand.
