I really appreciate SiteSkite for its flexibility and value, especially the plugin functionality that allows me to connect with multiple websites at once. It helps me monitor, update plugins, create backups, and generate reports efficiently. The support system is outstanding; even their CEO engaged with us to help solve issues, and they incorporated features we needed in their next update without charging for customization. This level of personalized support is very important to me. Additionally, SiteSkite’s features allow me to manage several client sites efficiently without needing to log into each one individually, saving a lot of hassle. The ability to handle monitoring and backups in one place is a huge plus, and the service is mostly available at no cost compared to others. Overall, SiteSkite makes managing my clients' websites much easier and more streamlined, with fewer plugins needed, which also enhances website loading times.
