Sitemetric Reviews & Product Details

Sitemetric is an Integrated Construction Intelligence platform that helps general contractors, site owners, and construction program managers monitor workforce access, manage site safety and compliance, and analyze real-time data across active construction projects. The platform combines three components into a single, fully managed solution: connected hardware deployed onsite, an AI-powered data and analytics layer, and expert onsite staffing. This approach is designed for large-scale and mission-critical construction programs — including data centers, healthcare facilities, and large commercial builds — where real-time site visibility and operational accountability are required across multiple concurrent projects. Hardware: Sitemetric deploys and manages physical infrastructure across job sites, including turnstiles, AI cameras, environmental sensors, and worker SmartBadges. Hardware is installed, configured, and maintained as part of the solution. Intelligence: The platform's SiteIQ and Sitemetric AI capabilities aggregate and analyze site data to provide real-time workforce tracking, headcount verification, access control logs, safety compliance monitoring, and project-level reporting — accessible through a centralized dashboard. Staffing: Access Control Officers (ACOs) and site leaders operate onsite as part of the Sitemetric solution, supporting day-to-day access management, data integrity, and operational continuity. Key capabilities include: - Real-time workforce tracking and headcount verification across active job sites - Site access control and worker credentialing management - Safety and compliance monitoring with real-time alerts and reporting - AI-powered site analytics through SiteIQ and Sitemetric AI - Standardized multi-site deployment models for enterprise construction programs Sitemetric serves general contractors, site owners, and construction program managers.
