Siotrix Reviews & Product Details

Siotrix is an all-in-one cloud ERP for small and medium-sized businesses in Austria and Germany, built especially for tradespeople (Handwerker) and service companies. It covers the full workflow from inquiry to invoice: create quotes and invoices, manage orders and purchase orders, track working time, and handle HR requests like absences, all in one system. Siotrix is designed for DACH compliance from the ground up: e-invoicing in ZUGFeRD and XRechnung formats, EPC/Girocode QR codes on invoices, DATEV export for tax advisors, and time tracking that follows the Austrian Working Hours Act (AZG). A companion mobile app lets field teams book time and work on the go, with real-time sync to the web app. AI-powered document scanning reads incoming supplier invoices and documents automatically, reducing manual data entry. Siotrix is an affordable alternative to generic accounting tools, with transparent per-user pricing starting at €25/month and hosting in the EU.
