* There could have been a draft feature for share option. If we need to check the contract once before sending it out, we need to delete the entire thing and re-type it.

* There could have been a reminder trigger sent to respective stakeholders through collaborate section. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SimpliContract solving and how is that benefiting you?

* It helps construct an organized and robust way of handling contracts, which was lacking before simplicontracts.

* Helped maintain the entire agreement and related documents, conversations and others in a single request raised.

I find the tool extremely useful and efficient. Plus, the SimpliContract Team customises the toll as per the requirements of the customer. Only requestor can access or edit the record which at times becomes a bottleneck. The Account Managers and Delivery Managers whose names are selected, if they have access, should get the edit access as well for them to upload documents in the absence of the requestor.
