It helps to create the contract/assign/now; getting the platform for signature is an added advantage. The entire process is covered under a single platform from creation to execution. **What do you dislike about SimpliContract?** But I feel it can be improved further in auto-updating and the contract closure automatically once the contract is signed through CLM. **What problems is SimpliContract solving and how is that benefiting you?** As mentioned above, earlier I was using another platform to get the contract signed and now CLM provides the same which is helpful to get things done in a single platform ### 5.
