SimplePay is a cloud-based payroll software that automates payroll processing and statutory compliance for businesses in Ireland, South Africa, Singapore and Hong Kong. The platform calculates employee pay, deductions, and statutory contributions and submits payroll data directly to the relevant government bodies in each region, including Revenue in Ireland, SARS in South Africa, IRAS and the CPF Board in Singapore, and IRD in Hong Kong. Employees can access their payslips and submit leave requests through a self-service portal and mobile app. SimplePay integrates with Xero and QuickBooks Online for direct payroll journal posting. Pricing consists of a small monthly base fee plus a per active employee charge that decreases as the headcount increases, billed per company. No setup fees and no long-term contracts.
