Ease of Use is at the top of best items about SH!! Its so easy to use and lear too. Highly recommend for any IT businesses.

No complaints or dislikes. SOOOOO good! Nothing to even nit pick

**What do you like best about SimpleHelp?**

We use SimpleHelp since 2 years and we are very happy! The support is always helpful and open for new feature suggestions. The software is extremly flexible and does more than only remote support. And the best: the price is unbeatable.

**What do you dislike about SimpleHelp?**

Not to be believed, but I find nothing to complain about. We are really satisfied all around. :-)

**What do you like best about SimpleHelp?**

The user interface was simple and it allowed our customers to be in a queue for remote connections.  It felt more developed than teamviewer and slightly faster remote connections.

**What do you dislike about SimpleHelp?**

The price was too expensive and with other free alternatives to use, Simplehelp was no longer necessary for us to use.

**Recommendations to others considering SimpleHelp:**

There are free alternatives that work and allowed our company to complete the task that simplehelp allowed us to.

**What problems is SimpleHelp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were able to configure routers remotely, assist customers with setting up remote connections to their security cameras.

**What do you like best about SimpleHelp?**

Although SimpleHelp requires a bit more setup to centrally manage machines than a simple VNC install, once it's setup it can be deployed and run on and off a company network so you're not limited to local network users. You also have the ability to send out 1-time invites that are virtually client-less with no software left over when done. The cost is very reasonable too!

**What do you dislike about SimpleHelp?**

When SimplHelp works, it works fairly well. It is a bit more bloated in resources than a VNC client and does lag a little more but it is feature rich so it's a trade-off.

**Recommendations to others considering SimpleHelp:**

SimpleHelp is remote shadow software with a few bells and whistles, plain and simple. You can manually install the SimpleHelp client, push it out using a task, and even publish a 1-time link for users to get to. The console shows all active and disconnected clients along with the ability to send 'commands' to the screen like elevated command lines and GUI's, file transfers, and few other things. It does however lack reporting capabilities, but we have been happy users otherwise for several years.

**What problems is SimpleHelp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to remotely control users around the world and even send 1-time assistance links to 3rd party users when required is fantastic. It cuts down on remote support time tremendously by being able to see what the user is seeing.
