**What do you like best about Simple Gmail Notes?**

Simple Gmail Notes has become easy for handling my emails because it works smoothly with Gmail and helps me better sort and focus on my inbox. What's great about it is how straightforward it is – it doesn't confuse me with extra stuff, and give me just what I need to stay neat and tidy.

**What do you dislike about Simple Gmail Notes?**

I sometimes have problems with my notes not syncing correctly between my devices, which can be frustrating because I use my notes on different devices. Also, I can't change fonts, styles, or add bullet points to text, which makes it less flexible for organizing notes effectively.

**What problems is Simple Gmail Notes solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes my emails organized by letting me add notes to them, so I can remember important things without reading the whole email again, which saves time. Lastly, I can use it as reminders on my emails to make sure I don't lose important messages in my inbox and to help me remember the tasks.
