Initial impressions were very professional and that they cared as much about the issue at hand as we did. Boy were we right! After deploying our first bot and seeing the results we were sold! We immediately started working with the Simple Fractal team to develop a roadmap of future projects that would give us the greatest ROI. Three years later, our first bot is still running, we have deployed 10+ more and, most importantly, we have an amazing partner helping us scale by putting a bulk of the work onto bots. We are using them for Revenue Cycle Management, CPT coding accuracy(multi-tier different provider same day), compliance audits, data entry and data transfer.
