Simpl Fulfillment Reviews & Provider Details

Simpl Fulfillment is a full-service 3PL based in Austin, Texas, purpose-built for small-to-mid volume DTC ecommerce brands. Founded in 2014, Simpl specializes in Shopify-native fulfillment with flat-rate, transparent pricing starting at approximately $6 per order — no surprise fees, no long-term contracts. Same-day shipping is standard for all orders received before noon CST, with 99.99% order accuracy backed by an error-correction guarantee. Every client gets a dedicated account manager, not a ticketing system. Core services include pick-and-pack fulfillment, FBA prep, kitting and assembly, custom branded packaging, subscription box fulfillment, and returns management. Simpl integrates directly with Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce, and other major ecommerce platforms. Ideal for brands shipping 1–2000+ orders per month who want the reliability of a large 3PL with the personal attention of a small one.
