The Simpala team are true professionals. They not only understood our objectives but also shared their expertise throughout the engagement, ensuring our team was empowered with the knowledge to maintain and build upon the improvements independently going forward.

**What do you dislike about Simpala?**

There were no downsides of working with the team, they were fantastic from start to finish.

**Recommendations to others considering Simpala:**

To get the most out of your engagement with Simpala, I recommend taking time to document your current Salesforce processes and pain points, along with clear objectives for what you want to achieve. Having key stakeholders identified and basic system information ready will help their team deliver value quickly. Don't worry if you're not sure about all the technical details - Simpala's expertise lies in understanding your business needs and translating them into effective solutions. The most important thing is having a clear vision of your business goals and being ready for positive change.

**What problems is Simpala solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Salesforce is the heart of our business, and while we had been using it for some time, we never fully understood the platform's potential. We engaged Simpala to enhance our sales purchasing process and improve automation across various aspects of our business, particularly within our services and sales functions.

From our very first meeting through to completion, the Simpala team demonstrated a clear understanding of our objectives and consistently delivered value. 

Daniel and David are clearly very experienced leaders who have built an exceptional team of consultants and engineers around them.

**What do you like best about Simpala?**

Excellent discovery and understanding of our requirements.
Flexible on solution offering with quick start plan suiting our immediate needs before we consider phase two with them later to further embed Salesforce into our workflow.

**What do you dislike about Simpala?**

I would have liked some documentation to support the train the trainer session.

Happy to recommend Simpala as Salesforce experts with a personable and professional team.

**What problems is Simpala solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We hired Simpala as an implementation partner to project manage the build of Salesforce Sales Cloud CRM for our 3 year old startup business. Salesforce can be complex and Simpala saved a significant amount of time for senior people in our company by conducting thorough discovery, and then leading us through the implementation project with a clear and well qualified plan, weekly update meetings and effective communications via a shared Slack channel.

Commincation and Understanding. 
Throughout the process, the team at Simpla were always on hand to answer any of our questions and really took the time to ensure they answered our queries in way in which we could easliy understand.

**What do you dislike about Simpala?**

There is nothing that i disliked about Simpla.

**Recommendations to others considering Simpala:**

If you are looking for a professianl anf friendly company to work with, then Simplay is the company for you. I cpouldnt rate them high enough.

Simpla helped us integarte Salesforce into our business. They have completey customosied Salesforce to our needs.

David has been a great help and is always on hand when needed.

There was initially some confusion as to what was included, but that was resolved.

**Recommendations to others considering Simpala:**

I would definitely recommend Simpala to anyone who is looking for onboarding, implementation and ongoing support with Salesforce.

Simpala configured Salesforce CRM with Pardot for us.
