What problems is Simpala solving and how is that benefiting you?

Salesforce is the heart of our business, and while we had been using it for some time, we never fully understood the platform's potential. Excellent discovery and understanding of our requirements.

We hired Simpala as an implementation partner to project manage the build of Salesforce Sales Cloud CRM for our 3 year old startup business. Salesforce can be complex and Simpala saved a significant amount of time for senior people in our company by conducting thorough discovery, and then leading us through the implementation project with a clear and well qualified plan, weekly update meetings and effective communications via a shared Slack channel.
