It is accurate, super quick and detailed results with better presentation ### 2. Silvon Software was the only vendor that showed us how Stratum (called DataTracker way back then) met all of our sales and marketing reporting requirements. **What do you dislike about Stratum?** There are limitations to the number of dimensions and attributes related to those dimensions. **What problems is Stratum solving and how is that benefiting you?** Executives and sales managers closely analyze and compare the current year's budget, sales, and open orders with prior year sales and open orders. They pay close attention to month-to-date sales (even by the day) to ensure we meet our budgeted sales goal amounts. Call campaigns or shipping schedules can be adjusted as needed. ### 3. Always welcome users' feedback. Staff are very helpful and work closely with their customers. Continuous learning experience (webinars) and software/enhancements updates **What do you dislike about Stratum?** Limitation on the View appearance - even with the latest updates. Let's say if I just want headers to be a different color (not the entire column). Help, search function - not returning specific topic (probably because it is using keyword search, too many topics return). Very discouraging, I often spend more than 5 min using search and still not able to find what I need. Example looking for V7.3 video. I went to "Video" / "Video Listing" - don't see V7.3 available. Then I go to "Help" / typed in V7.3 video, too many items populated. **What problems is Stratum solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sales trend Inventory Budget vs actual Identify success and/or "trouble" categories ### 4. I honestly believe that Stratum is great for the price point, but more expensive tools can truly empower your team and be administered easier. **What problems is Stratum solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Stratum to look at open orders and actual sales. Stratum is great for comparing YTD/YOY figures and realizing trends and growth. ### 5. Exporting to Excel with formatting takes longer and can crash the system. **What do you dislike about Stratum?** Limited to tiers of rows, not lots of attributes like I want to run. Hard to run multiple metrics in same report, especially if you're looking to edit the fields. **Recommendations to others considering Stratum:** I would look at more powerful tools like Microstrategy first that have more dynamic features such as adding as many columns/rows as you want. This is limited to the reports you build and are difficult to edit if you want to add multiple measures in the same report by week. It's a decent alternative and you get used to it, but I would prefer something more powerful **What problems is Stratum solving and how is that benefiting you?** This tool is needed for sales analysis and reconciling customer metrics.
