SignUpSpark Reviews & Product Details

If you've ever run snack duty for a U10 team, you know how it goes. The group text scrolls away, and Saturday shows up with no orange slices. SignUpSpark replaces that with one link. Make a sheet for swim meet timers, the PTA book fair, church nursery shifts or the Thanksgiving potluck. Add time slots and how many people each one needs. People sign up with just a name and email and can leave a note ("bringing the gluten-free one"). When a slot fills, the waitlist takes over. Reminders go out about 24 hours and an hour before, with a one-tap cancel link, so you hear about it when plans change. Export the list to CSV whenever you want. Free covers one live sheet with up to 100 signups, and your signup pages never show ads. Pro is $99 a year or $12 a month for unlimited sheets and signups. People can pay you directly through your own Venmo or PayPal, and Create With AI drafts a sheet from a plain English description. Teams adds five organizer seats for a PTA board or ministry team.
