SIGMUND Reviews & Product Details

SIGMUND is a psychometric testing and pre-employment assessment platform designed for HR teams, recruiters, and consultants who need a structured way to evaluate candidates beyond the CV. It helps organizations assess both soft skills and cognitive abilities in a consistent, scalable format, so hiring decisions are based on evidence rather than intuition alone. The platform includes behavioral assessments for soft skills analysis, as well as cognitive tests covering logical, numerical, and verbal reasoning. SIGMUND is natively multilingual in French, English, and Spanish, with content adapted to local cultural contexts to support fairer and more relevant assessments across markets. This makes it suitable for teams operating in France, Belgium, Switzerland, the UK, the USA, Spain, and LATAM. SIGMUND is built with compliance in mind, supporting GDPR requirements and aligning with AI Act and CNIL expectations for responsible assessment use. It also offers sector-specific modules for environments such as security, industry, consulting, and other specialized hiring contexts. For talent acquisition teams, the platform generates detailed real-time reports that make it easier to compare candidates, share insights with stakeholders, and standardize evaluation workflows. Integration is straightforward through API and SDK options for ATS and HR tech stacks, helping teams embed assessments into existing recruitment processes without adding operational friction.
