Considering how large the organization I work for is, I am constantly seeing new people with new roles that I didn't even know existed at my company. I use Sift regularly to identify these individuals and I am able to see their background and how they got into the current role they are in. I like that Sift makes it easy to find coworkers, understand their roles, and see which teams they work with. It is simple to use and saves time when I need to contact the right person. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use Sift for my organization chart at the company I work at. It helps me find coworkers and who they report to, and lets me see job roles of coworkers. I like its interface because it's very user friendly. I use the search by name, job title, or skill feature the most because it allows for quick and easy resolutions to my inquiries. I think the initial step of having to set up an account before being able to use Sift could be improved. Maybe have it automatically pull job-specific information from Teams so a person doesn't have to encounter the setup process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
