**What do you like best about Siena AI?**

Siena AI is seriously amazing! They’re not just leading the AI industry—they’re completely redefining it. Every interaction feels like you’re their top priority, and they’re so focused on solving real problems in ways that actually matter. They bring together creativity, care, and incredible ideas in such an effortless way. Honestly, working with them is hands down the best decision you’ll make in the AI world! SO grateful for these amazing people and this incredible company. We started using them when they were brand new, and they have literally knocked it out of the park. They offer one step integration with many helpdesks, a "playground" where you can easily test out automations in a real life setting, and are constantly adding new features and improvements. Simple Modern LOVES Siena!

**What do you dislike about Siena AI?**

The biggest "downside" (if you can even call it that), is simply just the unpredictability of using AI in general. But honestly, that’s just part of it with any AI system! It has a mind of its own at times, but Siena is always on top of it. If anything goes off track, their customer support and assigned CSM are quick to fix it and work with you, and it’s clear that they truly care about giving you the best experience.

**What problems is Siena AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Siena helps us solve a major business problem by answering customer issues in seconds or minutes, depending on the response time we choose. She’s empathetic, truly understands the customer’s concerns, and helps resolve issues efficiently. This gives our agents more time to focus on complex tickets, although Siena is capable of handling those as well most of the time! Overall, Siena is enabling our team to learn more about AI, answer customers faster than we ever thought possible, and provide the best customer experience we can.

**What do you like best about Siena AI?**

Siena handles thousands of tickets for us each month, responding just like a member of our team. She has the perfect balance of empathy and information, ensuring our customers get the support and knowledge they need to succeed. In our industry, there is a lot of information to know and each situation is unique. Siena has been great with providing tailored information for many unique situations or obtaining additional details needed for our team to address concerns/issues. 

The Siena platform is easy to use and navigate, and their team is always there for assistance. Most importantly, their team is always looking to improve their product. So many amazing features have been added this year alone. Cannot wait to see what else they come up with!

**What do you dislike about Siena AI?**

As others have mentioned, there seems to be issues/inconsistencies with AI in general, however, the Siena team responds quickly to address these issues.

Siena has allowed us to significantly decrease our BPO hours while simultaneously increasing our positive customer interactions. The Siena team has proven their commitment to our team by assisting in automation set up, quickly troubleshooting issues, and helping to further improve our entire CX.

It can take a bit to learn the ins and outs of Siena, but with the teams help we have been able to continue to learn the platform.

Siena is responding to over 30% of all of our customer tickets allowing our BPO team to be able to better handle the more unique issues.

**What do you like best about Siena AI?**

Siena AI makes it easy to automate inbound volume in an extremely customizable and user-friendly way. Through Siena's dashboard, you have the ability control and test your automations and make necessary improvements all on your own and without the need for an internal engineer. Siena's team is extremely helpful and responsive. They really work to help you get the best results for your specific account. Siena's Custom Integrations feature is also a game changer! They make integrating with most systems extremely simple.

**What do you dislike about Siena AI?**

As with all AI, there is always a slight chance of hallucination in a response or an incorrectly tiggered intent. Although this does happen on rare occasions, Siena's team always provides the assistance required to help increase accuracy and improve the quality of your automations.

Siena AI has significantly enhanced our team's efficiency, resulting in impressive Average Handle Times and high First Contact Resolution rates.

**What do you like best about Siena AI?**

Siena has some great qualities for an AI support partner. They're constantly rolling out feature upgrades and new offerings to improve the service and are there to support you if you have any questions while working in the platform. They're open to feedback and are super collaborative/open to requests. If you're looking for something highly customizable with good people behind it, try Siena.

Initially there were some platform bugs but honestly they've pretty much all been addressed.

Being able to respond quickly and solve straight forward questions.

**What do you like best about Siena AI?**

For the most part, Siena answers tickets well. She's able to give accurate information to customers to those who ask for it, as well sends tickets to human support when she finds she can't support them.

**What do you dislike about Siena AI?**

There are times when Siena will draw out a conversation instead of routing it to a Human to solve, as well as closing out tickets when A customer asks a question but it doesn't warrant a follow-up by her. It's probably a mistake on our part, but it's never good to keep someone waiting on a response.

**What problems is Siena AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For our business, canceling orders is a topic that a lot of our tickets inflow about. Siena handles that well to the point we don't see a lot of need to interact on that topic.

**What do you like best about Siena AI?**

Siena has been instrumental in building our Customer Success team. We have been able to automate the majority of our incoming customer inquiries with little backlash. Siena's ability to mimic human interaction, show sympathy, and convey confidence in each interaction has really helped build trust in our customer base as well as make them feel comfortable with us as a company. Their dashboard makes it easy to train, review, and build each persona to better assist each type of customer. Installation is very easy since we use Shopify and our CSM Kayla is awesome to work with! She's very knowledgable and always has something new for us to implement.

**What do you dislike about Siena AI?**

There are times where Siena will route a conversation to our live agents, but continue responding thinking that its a "new" conversation. It adds confusion to the interaction and leads to negative surveys for our live agents.

Siena has mostly impacted our social media response time as well as after-hour responses for easy and moderately complex customer inquiries.

**What do you like best about Siena AI?**

Siena isn’t just riding the AI gold rush their team is actually poised to outlive it due to their thoughtful design, solid foundation, and a team that truly grasps the essence of good CX.

Bottomline- it's a thoughtful solution from a winning a team.

**What do you dislike about Siena AI?**

It's straightforward to implement, but you do need a little bit of patience to test and craft effective prompts. They do provide a user-friendly certification course that walks you through the process step by step. I'm not familiar with another product on the market that offers such comprehensive control over the customer experience.

**What problems is Siena AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our response times have gone from 16 hours to 10 minutes. (We have a 10 minute delay activated)

Basically our customers are never left alone.

I think that Siena is great for businesses who get the same questions everyday from customers. We love that we can train Siena like an agent and that she can take care of the easy responses (and some tougher ones) so our agents can focus on other inquiries.

We love Siena overall - the only thing we would change is her "hallucinations" she goes through sometimes. But even those, the Siena team is always happy to help.

Recently the Ai assistant suggestions can be repetitive recently. Sometimes it suggests things already exists within the automation or the library

The support is fantastic and they are always available to help when needed. Its cut down the amount of time our support staff are answering FAQ and streamlined the process. Once you get your head around how the automations work you can tailor the responses very easily.

Siena has been a game changer for the Bokksu Support Team. Set up is painless, and the Siena control panel is easy to use. Siena was immediately able to help reduce our response times over 95% , our resolution times, over 35%, all without damaging our CSAT ratings. The Siena team has been very communicative and helpful, often implementing useful features when requested.

Nothing so far! Some of our processes can be operationally complex, so Siena isn't able to answer every ticket, but Siena's first response always help reduce customer waiting time's and helps provide additional context to our support team.

Response Times: By automating responses, Siena AI has drastically reduced our first response times, ensuring customers receive timely assistance within seconds.

**What do you like best about Siena AI?**

It's easy to dowload a software and hope for the best but at least with Siena you have multiple agents assisting you along the way. Not only do they check up on you, they also bring forth meaninful change that isnt found in other companies. I hardly speak with most of my reps but with Siena, I have a dedicated team that is constantly working to make improvements. I am incredibly pleased with the progress and support along the way. The whole UI is incredibly straight forward and easy to use and I couldnt be happier.

**What do you dislike about Siena AI?**

I do understand that this software is a work in progress and that it needs some time for refinement. As of right now I do not have any dislikes at this time.

**What problems is Siena AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Andar receives a lot of general questions and Siena has been taking care of that for us. Not only is it having candid conversations, its also placing meaningful value into our customer support that a human would.

**What do you like best about Siena AI?**

We only have six full time employees, two of them on customer support, but with thousands of orders per month, it's more than we can handle. Siena is freeing up our customer support team to take the harder tickets and provide better service, while Siena handles the majority of one-touch tickets like order status or setup help. I can't imagine going back to pre-Siena for our customer support. The reviews of the interactions are also frankly higher than our human agents. The speed (less than one minute) definitely has something to do with it. Not to mention, the accuracy is very good in recognizing intent and structuring an appropriate reply.

**What do you dislike about Siena AI?**

The hardest part is devoting the time to starting up. You need to be willing to go through your macros or however you organize your responses and SOPs. Since we signed up, Siena has automated some of this, though, and now just suggests automations by looking at real support tickets. I frankly think this is a good process to go through anyways as macros get out of date or were never accurate to begin with.

We have more support requests than we can handle as a growing company that has to keep expenses lean.

**What do you like best about Siena AI?**

We have been beyond impressed with both the tool and the Siena team! We were initially looking for an AI chatbot solution, and surprised to learn that Siena offers much, much more. The decision to go with Siena was a no brainer. The interface is incredibly intuitive to use, and the team at Siena has been accessible and hands on throughout the implementation process  (Lisa, Andrei and Mike have been wonderful!). The fact that they were willing and able to build a customized integration for our subscription tool was awesome! We have been pleased with just how empathic and human-like the personas are. Within a matter of weeks, our automation rate was approaching a surprising 60%. And as an added bonus, our CSAT score remained above a 90%, even during the early stages of implementation. Our first reply times have also improved. We're so excited to continue to train the tool and refine responses. Using Siena for social media response is our next big unlock!

We've had such an amazing experience so far!

As an early stage start up, we have scaled quickly. Siena has provided us with the confidence to know that we have the support in place as we continue to grow. Providing best in class support is very important to us, and Siena allows up to maintain this. Siena has helped us improve upon 1st reply time and maintain our high CSAT score. Also, the voice and tone of the tool is spot on! The responses are incredibly thoughtful and human-like!

Siena has been able to automate routine customer inquiries at an almost human-like level allowing us to field repetitive requests and spend more time on complicated tickets without sacrificing a superior customer experience. Creating new automations is relatively easy after getting over the initial learning curve, and once the library is built out, Siena has a great answer for around 80% of new tickets we receive.

**What do you dislike about Siena AI?**

Like any new product, there's a very large learning curve, even moreso with AI products. Onboarding could be a little more involved for brands that don't have as much AI experience. New features and product updates could also be communicated a little more effectively.

**What problems is Siena AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For any customer experience department, automating routine inquiries and frequently asked questions is priority number 1. Siena does this at a near-human level, so every customer gets a personalized experience no matter what.

**What do you like best about Siena AI?**

We are in the early phases of Siena however we can already see the potential of Siena being integrated with our Customer Success strategy. The fact that Siena can make suggestions based on the inquiries we receive. It has a straightforward user dashboard which allows every CS Team member to contribute to building out Siena. The fact that i have been able to speak to anyone within the company shows that we've gotten in a great time because the support is unmatched. Full communication channel with the entire Siena team, dedicated account Manager in Mike who has weekly calls with me and even works on automations for us based on the trends within our company. The list is endless.

**What do you dislike about Siena AI?**

Siena, like any AI integration, requires effort and time. It is something we are learning as we go. It is very much like training a new employee however the great thing about is that its learning capabilities compound over time which makes it so efficient and significant.

**What problems is Siena AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is currently solving our issues regarding repertitive inquiries by our customers. This greatly reduces the workload of our live agents which can then tend to how we can improve certain customer experiences as well as focus on KPI's regarding sales.

Siena has significantly reduced the workload of our CX team. Our response time is the best in the history of the company and the features of the persona if the AI is very impressive. The onboarding experience was smooth and very personal to the needs of Windmill. The dashboard is intuitive and I love how Siena gives suggestions to automations that you do not have yet.

**What do you dislike about Siena AI?**

Like any AI, there are at (infrequent) times wrong or irrelevant responses that can be confusing to customers. Agents are typically able to address these issues quickly with the customer and we can address on the back end with Siena.

Response time, creating equity amongst the team in ticket amount each agent takes, alleviating the volume of tickets per agent and this has created better morale on the team and a better experience for customers when writing in

Siena has had a huge positive impact on our team workload. Within the first couple of weeks Siena was impacting 20-30% of our total customer service tickets, and by now is up around 60%

We've recieved mulitple customer compliments for the speed and thoughtfulness of Siena's responses from customers directly.

Communication around bug fixes and product launches. I think every company lacks in this area. We can all do better in terms of business and org communcations.

Siena's ability to adjust our macros to provide customers with personalized and personable responses has been amazing.

I wish I could adjust Siena's response time to be a bit longer, maybe 15-20 minutes, to make it seems more like it came from an agent than a bot.

Faster response times and cutting down on agents having to assist with easier questions so they can focus on the hard stuff

Sometimes hallucinations are caught in responses but tweeks are made and the system llearns quickly.

It to maintain a quick response time with limited resources. 

Siena gets answers to common customers questions in real time and at the peak of customer interest.
