**What do you like best about Shyft?**

It was very organized. Providing quality support to qualified members in daily practices and activities.

**What do you dislike about Shyft?**

The downside of using Shyft app is availability, and the usage between work weeks.

Shyft helps you sustain availabilities, and increase demand and output due to efficiency.

**What do you like best about Shyft?**

I like the ability that the employees have to post and pick up shifts. It takes away from a manager having to find someone to cover or deal with callouts for scheduled shifts.

**What do you dislike about Shyft?**

There's not anything that I dislike about it.

**What problems is Shyft solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It takes away extra work from trying to coverage.  Also, if I wanted to work extra hours, I could pick up shifts that other stores/locations have available.

The app is so easy and very well organized. I love how easy it is to download and communicate with my team.

**What do you dislike about Shyft?**

There is nothing with the app I found to be difficult. It's super user friendly.

**Recommendations to others considering Shyft:**

Nothing, it’s a very simple software to use.

**What problems is Shyft solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The app is very easy to use and everyone at work seems to like it. You can see who needs a shift covered or picked up whenever you want.

**What do you like best about Shyft?**

My favorite part about using Shyft is being able to view my work schedule, post shifts I want to swap or give up, as well as the message section that allows me to communicate with other associates and managers. I think that having the opportunity to pick up/trade shifts is simplified by using this application. Another upside of using the Shyft application is that it allows you to stay up to date with any new news going on.

**What do you dislike about Shyft?**

My least favorite part about Shyft is having to log into the application nearly every time I open it on my phone. It becomes frustrating to have to do it so often. Something else that I dislike about Shyft is that the schedule does not update if it changes after the initial release of the schedule, and clearing the notification is difficult to do unless intentionally hitting "clear notifications"/

**Recommendations to others considering Shyft:**

I would recommend that Shyft update the application so that it will update schedules if needed when the company makes any changes. I would also recommend that Shyft should make the notifications easier to clear, rather than manually doing it. I think having it so that when the app is opened and you check the tab the notifications are under, they should clear automatically

**What problems is Shyft solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By using Shyft the largest benefit for me is that I am able to post/trade shifts I am scheduled that I can't make it to, or prefer to trade. Having this ability not only helps me but the management staff as well. I also love being able to have an all-employee group chat within the application, as well as being able to communicate with other associates even if I don't have their phone number.

**What do you like best about Shyft?**

The ability to trade, view, post shifts is made easy and allows less time to be spent trying to modify a schedule. Important messages are also easier to get out to every staff member. I am also able to contact staff on a less personal communicative which allows the conversation to stay business related.

**What do you dislike about Shyft?**

I do not like that every time I use the app I must login. The app does not always load on real time making it hard to see what has been posted recently and what has been approved by a manager and what has been denied. I also don’t care for the inability to look through past shifts with ease. 

**Recommendations to others considering Shyft:**

Great for basic use in shift switching, covering, or making announcements.

**What problems is Shyft solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are no longer needing to spend time contacting employees to find someone to cover available shifts. It’s is also making communicating with all employees at once easier. We don’t always see every staff member in the time frame that they may need to receive the message that we are sending so it allows them to stay informed.

I love the easy and secure login on any device. 

**What do you dislike about Shyft?**

I don’t like the chat feature. I wish there was something a little more easier. 

**Recommendations to others considering Shyft:**

If you are looking for an easy and simple way to keep in touch with your employees and managers, Shyft is the way to go! It’s so convenient whenever you offer to cover a shift or offer your availability to someone else. 

**What problems is Shyft solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Shyft helps my team work together and allows us to see whose working at certain times. I like how easy it is to add or remove your schedules into the app.
