What do you like best about Shyft?

I like the ability that the employees have to post and pick up shifts. It takes away from a manager having to find someone to cover or deal with callouts for scheduled shifts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Shyft?

My favorite part about using Shyft is being able to view my work schedule, post shifts I want to swap or give up, as well as the message section that allows me to communicate with other associates and managers. I think that having the opportunity to pick up/trade shifts is simplified by using this application. Another upside of using the Shyft application is that it allows you to stay up to date with any new news going on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Shyft?

My least favorite part about Shyft is having to log into the application nearly every time I open it on my phone. It becomes frustrating to have to do it so often. Something else that I dislike about Shyft is that the schedule does not update if it changes after the initial release of the schedule, and clearing the notification is difficult to do unless intentionally hitting "clear notifications"/ Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Shyft?

The ability to trade, view, post shifts is made easy and allows less time to be spent trying to modify a schedule. Important messages are also easier to get out to every staff member. I am also able to contact staff on a less personal communicative which allows the conversation to stay business related. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Shyft?

I do not like that every time I use the app I must login. The app does not always load on real time making it hard to see what has been posted recently and what has been approved by a manager and what has been denied. I also don’t care for the inability to look through past shifts with ease. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
