Our team relies on it to set up our listings so scheduling showings is straightforward, and we also use it to arrange showings for other agents’ listings when our buyer clients want to see additional homes. **What do you dislike about ShowingTime Appointment Center?** It's so easy to setup details and instruction for our team's listings to make it a breeze for other agents to show our listings, and it's easy to collect feedback automatically from showing agents, and share that feedback with our sellers. **What problems is ShowingTime Appointment Center solving and how is that benefiting you?** It reduces time wasted/chaos with coordinating listing showings directly between the listing agent and other clients/buyers agents. ### 2. The interface is also very dated and could be refined and cleaned up even more. It is a simple process and pretty straight forward but a cleaner interface would help the experience even more. I also really like that the system allows for automated responses to be setup, including instructions unique to each property. It also has the ability to use a phone number for people to call to book but it doesn't tie you up on the phone. You use their representatives to finalize the appointments, if that is the route your client is looking for. **What do you dislike about ShowingTime Appointment Center?** It lacks other features that are nice to have (e.g., route planning/mapping, etc.). Because of those lack of nice-to-have features, we have to either allocate more time to planning or ensure our admins have capacity to support these tasks. The user interfface could also be more intuitive. Some features are hard to work out how to use. Once you do it is fine but I had to try multiple paths to sort out what I was trying to do. **Recommendations to others considering ShowingTime Appointment Center:** My experience with ShowingTime indicates that the local real estate board typically selects it and the option for an alternative isn't up to the specific brokerage/agent. No issues with it from a stability perspective. **What problems is ShowingTime Appointment Center solving and how is that benefiting you?** This helps solve issues/delays related to scheduling showing appointments and walk-through appointments for clients and coordinating approvals. The automated responses and approvals make it efficient to use day to day. For clients that are looking for potential buyers to call in instead of having an automatic approval solution, ShowingTime has a solution for that with their phone representatives. ### 7. It allows real estate agents to quickly and automatically facilitate showing requests, scheduling, and feedback. Buyer's agents can schedule appointments over the phone or online. The appointment request is then sent to any party that needs to receive notifications and accept the proposed times (listing agents, tenants, owners, etc.). Cancellation, reschedule requests, and "running late" notices can quickly be disseminated to all parties. Additionally, relevant documentation and disclosures can be sent to each buyer's agents upon appointment confirmation. This is a great time saver! **What do you dislike about ShowingTime Appointment Center?** ShowingTime Appointment Center is mainly a standalone application. It does not integrate with many 3rd party applications. Although not a huge problem since scheduling protocol is pretty much "set it and forget it," analytics can only be accessed through the app itself and contacts are not synced. One major downfall to this application is anyone other than real estate agents can not submit showing requests. Standalone systems and processes must be implemented in these circumstances limiting the ShowingTime Appointment Center's capabilities. **Recommendations to others considering ShowingTime Appointment Center:** As with all SaaS, you should test and compare at least 2-3 similar service providers. This will give you the insight you need to make an informed decision based on what is right for you. Take advantage of the trials, tutorials, and onboarding assistance. Be sure you are fully ready to commit before full implementation. **What problems is ShowingTime Appointment Center solving and how is that benefiting you?** Even though this application is not a "cure-all" for the appointment process, I can't see anyone NOT using it (or something similar). There are only so many hours in a day. Agents need to focus on representing their clients' interests, not performing monotonous administrative tasks. Showing, appraisal, and inspection requests are automatically facilitated, relevant documentation is disseminated, and feedback is obtained. ### 9. It's also nice that ShowingTime is set up to allow inspectors, appraisers, and other needed licensed professionals to schedule time to access the homes as well. I also like that at a click of the computer mouse, I can request feedback from other agents who have shown the property. The showings calendar is also a great tool that keeps track of all your past, current, and future showings. It's nice to be able to look back at which properties you've been to in case you have forgotten any. **What do you dislike about ShowingTime Appointment Center?** When my listings were automatically integrated, I had to go in and manually select for other agents to be able to schedule the showings online, so there was a brief time where agents were unable to confirm their own appointments or even make a request without getting a hold of me on the phone. **Recommendations to others considering ShowingTime Appointment Center:** If you are considering ShowingTime, I would strongly recommend it if you ever have listed properties. Other agents are busy and do not want to have to get in touch with you personally to show your listed property. **What problems is ShowingTime Appointment Center solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's much easier to schedule house showings with ShowingTime than having to get in touch with the busy listing agent. And instead of answering dozens of phone calls for my own listings, other agents can schedule showing times online or by calling ShowingTime's call center. ShowingTime also ensures that only verified professionals are accessing my clients' properties and homes and keeping a record of everyone who has been in and out. ### 12.
