Short.io made it easy for us to bulk upload links when transitioning from another defunct provider. Short.cm (or Short.io) provides free custom domain integrations with a 1000 short links generation limit. It has so far the best API service and features such as domain statistics. I mostly use the API rather than interacting with the website because it's highly customizable. Integrated it with a custom bot for all my users to use and works flawlessly! The data export options need some improvement, it doesn't work the best way it is supposed to. Also, a total link limit is imposed rather than a monthly or yearly new links limit, which may not be a problem for some users but it is indeed a problem for many out there including me. UI can improve to a more friendly screen. The statistics dashboard is somehow cluttered and could be much better explained and mapped.
